Our Return & Replacement Promise

At ZYE, we want you to love what you receive. In the rare case something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it right. Although we do not offer returns or exchanges, we will provide a replacement or store credit if your item arrives defective.

How it Works

1. Contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order at hello@zyeoralcare.com.

2. Ensure the product is sealed, unused, and in its original condition.

3. Include your order number, product details, clear photos and videos showing the issue.

Once We Review

  • Our team will confirm if your request qualifies for a replacement or store credit.
  • Products with opened seals cannot be accepted for replacement.

Refunds

  • We will only provide a refund if there is a double charge or duplicate transaction. Refunds shall be processed via the original payment method and processing times may vary dependent on the bank.
